Beer lovers from across the region will gather in the heart of Missouri’s scenic wine country from noon – 5:00 PM, Saturday, May 15, for the 4th annual Daniel Boone Home Brew Fest at The Historic Daniel Boone Home near Defiance. Get the perfect pour of more than 30+ different Missouri beers brewed by homebrewers from across the state.

To keep everyone socially distanced, brewers will be spread out throughout the scenic village grounds in the historic park. Along with an afternoon of unlimited beer sampling, tickets include a souvenir tasting glass and tour of the Daniel Boone Home.

Participants will cast their vote for the “People’s Choice” Best Homebrew. The brewers vote for “Brewer’s Choice and the winner of the “Judge’s Choice” will get to brew and serve their winning recipe at Good News Brewing Company! The beer festival also features live entertainment with The Silver Creek Bluegrass Band from 12–2:00PM, and The Skylark Brothers from 2–5:00 PM, as well as tasty eats available for purchase from the Savor the Southwest food truck.

The Home Brew Fest is limited to 500 attendees, so register now! Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door and can be purchased at http://bit.ly/2021HomeBrewFest or by calling the historic park at 636-798-2005. Designated driver tickets are free and include a ticket to tour The Historic Daniel Boone Home.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are taking precautions for the safety of all our participants. These include:

Access to hand sanitizer.
Spaced out tasting stations under individual tents.
No centralized tasting tent.
Beer served out of pitchers with optional disposable cups on hand.
Masks encouraged but not required.
Guests are allowed to bring their own pop-up tents since we will not have one main canopy this year.
