The August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area has more than 30 lakes, from large to small, offering anglers a variety of fishing experiences. Depending on the lake, anglers can chase catfish,
crappie, black bass, white bass, and sunfish. From November through February, even trout are available in several lakes. The area provides fishing access for anglers with disabilities too.
An on-site vendor enables visitors to purchase permits, bait, fishing supplies along with drinks and snacks from April through October.
The area is open from 4:00 AM -10:00 PM every day.
