From 12 PM to 1 PM on April 22, the City of St. Charles Parks & Recreation department is hosting a free hour of yoga in Frontier Park. Stretch and relax as you’re guided through yoga poses with a view of historic buildings and the Missouri River. Register online to secure your spot before the event.

In the evening of April 22, participate in Earth Day yoga in one of Parkview Gardens’ greenhouses at 6 PM. Surround yourself with thriving plants as you unwind from the day. Register online, each ticket comes with an herb plant to take home.
